Parsley

It’s, perhaps, the richest herbal source for Vitamin K. Vitamin K has been found to have potential in the role of bone health by promoting osteotrophic activity in the bones.

Peppermint

Peppermint is rich in essential oils, vitamins and dietary fibre, which can help to control blood cholesterol and blood pressure.

Spirulina

Spirulina has the highest concentration of beta carotene, vitamin B-12, iron and trace minerals and the rare essential fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid).

Seaweed

Seaweed rich in iodine and rare trace elements, and also can help aid the digestive process.

Oregano

The active principles in Oregano may improve gut motility and increase digestion by facilitating copious secretion of gastrointestinal juices.

Sage

Sage has anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties which are a potent anti-inflammatory compound. It also has the ability to provide relief from acidity and aid in digestion of fatty and hard to digest foods.

Marjoram

Marjoram carries good amounts of minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, copper, zinc and magnesium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids, which helps control heart rate and blood pressure.

MARIGOLD
